성능은 어떻게 확인할 수 있나요?How can we check the performance?
내부 재무 결산 합성 평가에서 정답 결함 32개를 모두 탐지했고, 그중 치명 결함 24개의 누락은 0개였습니다. 해당 평가의 탐지 정밀도는 90%였습니다. 이는 특정 평가 조건에서의 결과이며, 도입 검토 시에는 고객의 샘플 자료로 실제 업무에 대한 성능을 별도로 확인합니다.
In an internal synthetic financial-closing evaluation, all 32 ground-truth defects were detected, and none of the 24 critical defects among them were missed. Detection precision in that evaluation was 90%. These are results under specific evaluation conditions; when you are considering adoption, performance on your actual work is checked separately using your own sample data.

ASIV는 고객의 업무 자료를 외부 범용 AI API로 전송하지 않는 자체 AI 기반 운영 방식을 도입할 예정입니다. 도입 시 데이터가 처리되는 위치와 접근 권한, 보관 범위를 함께 안내합니다.
ASIV plans to adopt an in-house AI operating model that does not send your working data to external general-purpose AI APIs. At adoption we set out where data is processed, who may access it, and how long it is kept.

ASIV는 자료 대조, 누락 확인, 증빙 정리처럼 반복되는 작업을 자동화해 업무 처리 시간을 줄이는 것을 목표로 합니다. 절감 효과는 업무의 종류와 복잡도, 데이터 상태, 시스템 연결 범위에 따라 달라집니다.
ASIV aims to shorten processing time by automating repetitive work such as reconciling data, checking for omissions, and organising supporting documents. How much is saved depends on the kind and complexity of the work, the state of the data, and how far systems are connected.

ASIV는 ERP 데이터와 업무 문서, 회사의 규정을 연결해 반복 업무를 자동화하는 제품입니다. ERP 이관·결산 과정에서 누락과 불일치를 찾는 ERP Assurance, 결재에 필요한 서류와 조건을 확인하는 Approval Assurance를 개발하고 있습니다.
ASIV connects ERP data, working documents and your company’s own rules to automate repetitive work. We are building ERP Assurance, which finds omissions and mismatches during ERP migration and closing, and Approval Assurance, which checks the documents and conditions an approval requires.

ERP Assurance와 Approval Assurance는 어떻게 다른가요?How do ERP Assurance and Approval Assurance differ?
ERP Assurance는 이관 전후 데이터, 금액, 잔액 등의 일치 여부를 확인합니다. Approval Assurance는 결재 문서와 증빙, 사내 규정을 연결해 업무 진행에 필요한 조건이 갖춰졌는지 확인합니다. 두 제품은 데이터와 근거를 연결하는 공통 기반을 사용합니다.
ERP Assurance checks whether data, amounts and balances agree before and after migration. Approval Assurance connects approval documents, supporting evidence and internal rules to check that the conditions for proceeding are in place. Both are built on the same foundation for linking data to its evidence.

사용 중인 ERP의 제품과 버전, 데이터 추출 방식, 접근 권한에 따라 적용 범위가 달라집니다. 먼저 샘플 파일과 대상 업무를 확인하고, 파일 기반으로 시작할지 시스템을 연결할지 정합니다.
What can be covered depends on the product and version you run, how data is exported, and what access is granted. We first review a sample file and the work in scope, then decide whether to begin from files or to connect the system.

ASIV는 업무 데이터와 문서를 정해진 기준으로 비교하고, 발견한 차이를 원본 근거와 연결합니다. 사용자는 설명뿐 아니라 어느 자료의 어떤 값이 다른지, 무엇이 부족한지 확인할 수 있습니다.
ASIV compares working data and documents against defined criteria and links each difference it finds back to the original evidence. You get more than an explanation: you can see which value in which file differs, and what is missing.
